Indian Army Recruitment 2021: Indian Army recently published the recruitment notification through rallies for Rajasthan in various posts. As per the notification, the Indian Army is going to organize a recruitment rally at Kayak Vishram Sthali, Ajmer. Eligible candidates residing in Rajasthan have the opportunity to join this recruitment rally. The rally will be held from July 11 to August 02, 2021. All candidates have to register their names from May 14 to Jun 27, 2021, on the Indian Army website to join this rally.

Note:-
(a) Relaxation in Physical std is either forwards of servicemen/ ex-servicemen or sportsmen (not both) and is in addition to the Special Physical Standards.
(b) The Sports certificates issued by authorized sports federations are valid for THREE YEARS from the issue date as on the first day of the recruitment rally, for which the candidate is being screened.
Medical Test:
(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally site.
(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH/CH/ BH for specialist review. Candidates referred for the specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH/ CH/ BH on the 5th day from the date of generation of Medical Review barring Sundays and Holidays and report back to Respective ARO for the issue of Admit Card for CEE in the case declared FIT.
Written Examination (CEE):
(a) Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at the nominated venue. The written test’s location, date, and time will be intimated at the rally site and through Admit Cards.
(b) If a candidate has applied for two categories (including 01 x central category) and the CEE is conducted on the same day, the candidate will be allowed to appear in only one of the categories as per his choice. No additional CEE will be conducted for such candidates.
(c) Admit card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates (Except relaxation candidates) will be issued at Rally Site itself.
(d) Admit card for the CEE for Relaxation candidates (i.e Relationship/ Sports/NCC Candidates) will be issued after verification from issuing authority.
(e) Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialists/specialists at MH/ CH/ BH.

Documents Required:
Candidates are required to bring the following documents/certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site-
(a) Admit Card: Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph: Twenty copies of unattested Passport size color photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old Computer printouts/ photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. Sikh candidates should bring 20 copies with turban and 20 copies without turban photographs.
(c) Education Certificate:-
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e Matric /Intermediate/ Graduation etc from recognized School/College/Board/University.
(ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.
(d) Domicile Certificate: Domicile certificate with photographs, issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate. Only a computer-generated Nativity Certificate which can be verified from the Govt website will be acceptable.
(e) Caste Certificate: Caste Certificate affixed with a photograph of the candidate, issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate. The only computer-generated Caste Certificate which can be verified from the Govt website will be acceptable.
(f) Religion Certificate: Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM.(If religion as “SIKH / HINDU / MUSLIM / CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate: School Character Certificate issued by the School/ College Principal/ Headmaster where the candidate last studied/ is presently studying.
(h) Character Certificate: Character Certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
(j) No Claim Certificate: No claim certificate with photograph duly signed by self and father/ mother/ guardian and countersigned by Village Sarpanch/ MC/ District Administration within last six months. (Candidate will be appearing in a rally at own will and risk and no claim for any injury or loss sustained during the rally will be entertained).
(k) Unmarried Certificate: Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 yrs of age with photographs issued by village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months.
(l) Relationship Certificate: SOS / SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW candidates are required to produce the following documents:-
(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Records office only duly signed by Records Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name, and particulars of the records officer issuing the Relation certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed.
(ii) A declaration to the effect as mentioned below in Affidavit on minimum Ten Rupees Non-Judicial Stamp paper duly signed by 1st class/ Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidates at the rally site. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix D.
(iii) Original Discharge Book of ESM also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
(m) NCC Certificate: NCC A/B/C certificates and Republic Day parade certificate should have photographs of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
However, the candidate has to produce the original certificate well before CEE to enable verification of
the original certificate.
(n) Sports Certificate:
(i) The sports certificate issued by authorized sports federations is valid for three yrs (up to 31 Mar 2022) from the issue date as on the first day of the recruitment rally, for which the candidate is being screened. For a list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in website.
(o) Affidavit: Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by the candidate (format as per Appendix ‘E’). The full postal address to include Post Office, Police Station and PIN Code to be mentioned in the affidavit.
(p) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card: Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & Allowances and other social benefits schemes.
